About the Role

As a Breakfast Chef at Dalen Hotel, you will:

• Support the smooth daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring breakfast and related services are delivered to the highest standard.
• Take ownership of preparing and serving staff meals, ensuring quality, variety, and nutritional balance in accordance with hotel standards.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
• Take ownership of your assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental goals, helping achieve hotel‑wide initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to control costs, maintain stock levels, and drive productivity.
• Uphold the hotel’s culture and values, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, maintaining impeccable standards at all times.
