• Hosting and serving guests across breakfast, café, restaurant and wine bar.

• Sharing the stories behind our menu, our wines and our house with knowledge and care.
• Preparing and maintaining the venue – every detail matters, before, during and after service.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar to ensure calm, seamless flow and culture.
