Job summary

Strawberryhotels in Bodø is seeking a bartender for our restaurant, bar & wellness at Wood Hotel Bodø. You will split your time between our restaurant/bar ATTME and our pool/wellness bar, with evening and weekend shifts, full- or part-time.

You will craft cocktails, maintain a clean bar, and provide warm, professional service, collaborating with the shift leader to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexible, reliable, and have a genuine desire to delight others.
• Good communicator, detail-oriented, and able to keep the bar running smoothly.
• Stays calm, organized, and keeps smiling even when the pace is fast and the bar is full.
• Bonus points if you are a natural problem solver who turns challenges into positive experiences and are curious about Northern Norwegian ingredients and incorporating local herbs and berries into modern cocktail craft.

The role is available for both full‑time and part‑time, start dates to be agreed upon, with evening and weekend shifts.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, ensuring drinks are served perfectly timed, beautifully presented, and at the correct temperature.
• Offer attentive, warm, and professional service, engaging with guests to create a memorable experience whether dining or relaxing by the pool.
• Maintain open and positive dialogue with the shift leader and the rest of the team.
