Job summary

Wood Hotel & Strawberry in Bodø is seeking flexible, reliable bartenders to craft cocktails and guide guests through our beverage selection. You’ll shift between the vibrant dinner scene and the premium pool and wellness bar, while maintaining a clean and safe service area and delivering memorable guest experiences.

We value calm, organized, and friendly hosts who communicate well and work as a team to keep the bar running smoothly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creating magic behind the bar: crafting cocktails, serving local brews, and guiding guests through beverage selection.
• Mastering different atmospheres between ATTME dinner pulse and pool/wellness bar.
• Serving with pride: maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, ensuring drinks are served perfectly timed and presented.
• Being the perfect host: warm, attentive, and professional service for dining or pool guests.
• Playing as a team: open and positive dialogue with the shift leader and teammates.

Job description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating magic behind the bar: crafting high‑quality cocktails, serving local brews, and guiding guests through our beverage selection with enthusiasm and skill.
• Mastering different atmospheres: seamlessly shifting between the vibrant dinner pulse at ATTME and the relaxed, premium vibe at our pool and wellness bar.
• Serving with pride: maintaining a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, ensuring drinks are served perfectly timed, beautifully presented, and at the correct temperature.
• Being the perfect host: offering attentive, warm, and professional service, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience whether they are dining or relaxing by the pool.
• Playing as a team: maintaining an open and positive dialogue with the shift leader and the rest of the team – we lift as one.

We are looking for both full‑time and part‑time bartenders, with start dates to be agreed upon. Working hours will vary and include evening and weekend shifts.
