Job summary

Strawberry is seeking experienced bartenders with genuine cocktail, beer, wine, and beverage knowledge. You will deliver first-class service, maintain stock, and work as a focal point for the team to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

You should thrive under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, and be committed to outstanding customer care with a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in F&B.
• Passion for beverages and a creative flair.
• Develop seasonal drink lists with the bar manager.
• Genuine knowledge of wine and beer.
• Experience in a high-volume, high-quality bar.
• Strong people management; motivate and monitor progress.
• Eligible to work in Norway; English fluency required.

Our main bar, Lilibet can offer trendy signature cocktails and all the classics that you can imagine. Our team off bartenders strive to give first class service and keep our guests warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Our outside terrace, Courtyard will offer our guest a lounge in the sun and is only open in the summer months. We serve delicious spritz together with our italian pizza in an oases off flowers and herbs.

Requirements & Experience

• You have minimum 1 years of experience in F&B
• Passion for beverage and a creative flair
• Development & creation of seasonal drink lists together with our bar manager
• Genuine interest and knowledge of wine and beer
• Significant experience working in a bar with a high volume and high quality
• Strong people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
• Delivering and maintaining set targets by the company
• You are eligible to work in Norway
• We need you to have good command of written and spoken English
• You’re mature, patient and confident
• You have a friendly yet professional communication style
• You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to makeeach guest feel special in all circumstances
• You will maintain high level of teamwork by showing co-operation andsupport to colleagues in the pursuit of department and restaurant goals
• You're motivated to take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues
