Job summary

Strawberryhotels in Bodø is seeking a bartender for our restaurant, bar & wellness at Wood Hotel Bodø. You will split your time between our restaurant/bar ATTME and our pool/wellness bar, with evening and weekend shifts, full- or part-time.

You will craft cocktails, maintain a clean bar, and provide warm, professional service, collaborating with the shift leader to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexible, reliable, and have a genuine desire to delight others.
• Good communicator, detail-oriented, and able to keep the bar running smoothly.
• Stays calm, organized, and keeps smiling even when the pace is fast and the bar is full.
• Bonus points if you are a natural problem solver who turns challenges into positive experiences and are curious about Northern Norwegian ingredients and incorporating local herbs and berries into modern cocktail craft.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality cocktails, serve local brews, and guide guests through our beverage selection with enthusiasm and skill.
• Seamlessly shift between the vibrant dinner pulse at ATTME and the pool and wellness bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, ensuring drinks are served perfectly timed and presented.
• Offer attentive, warm, and professional service, engaging with guests to create a memorable experience whether dining or relaxing by the pool.
• Maintain open and positive dialogue with the shift leader and the rest of the team.
