Job summary

Sector Alarm AS is building the backend technology behind smarter, safer homes. You will join the Core Alarm System team and evolve backend services at the heart of Sector Alarm.

Working with C#/.NET, Azure and microservices, you’ll develop scalable and reliable solutions that connect our alarm ecosystem and IoT devices. You’ll collaborate with developers, Product Owners and architects on technical decisions and support other engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#/.NET and backend development.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Azure and Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Nice to have experience with IoT, CI/CD or Terraform.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services for the core alarm system.
• Develop scalable and reliable solutions connecting the alarm ecosystem and IoT devices.
