Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Developer specialized in C#/.NET to design, develop and maintain backend services. You will optimize SQL Server data models, build complex integrations, and shape CI/CD pipelines with IaC practices.

You will work in an on-prem Microsoft environment within the Asset Management domain, applying Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience using C#/.NET.
• Experience in Asset Management domain (Mandatory).
• Strong SQL Server, data modeling, and database development skills.
• Experience building and maintaining complex integrations and data flows.
• Experience in on-premises Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on with configuring application and integration environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
