Job description

Shape the future of people and technology

At Sector Alarm, technology is central to how we innovate, grow and create great customer experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to support our Tech organisation and help build the teams, capabilities and culture that will drive our continued success.
This role sits within the Group HR team in Oslo, and reports to the Group HR & Talent Acquisition Director.
You will serve as a dedicated people partner working closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer and leadership teams. The role will include managing responsibilities for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech.
Our Product & Technology organisation is primarily based in Norway and Spain, with smaller teams in the UK, Ireland, Finland and Sweden. You’ll work with leaders and employees across these locations to deliver consistent and effective people experiences.
Your focus will be on organisation design, workforce planning, talent, leadership, performance and change. As a member of Group HR, you will also contribute to selected HR processes for other Group functions when needed, including performance and annual reviews, calibrations, engagement surveys and core HR processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HRBP Manager who enjoys operating strategically, influencing senior leaders and working at the intersection of people, technology and AI.

What you’ll do
Partner with Product & Technology leaders
  • Be the trusted HR partner for our Product & Technology organisation.
  • Partner closely with the CPTO and Tech leadership team to scale HR processes.
  • Support leaders through growth, change and transformation, turning business priorities into impactful people initiatives.
Build teams and capabilities for the future
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management and succession planning, translating the product and technology roadmap into people priorities.
  • Strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
  • Run and drive key people processes, including performance, calibration, engagement and talent review cycles, with consistent standards across markets and levels.
  • Help leaders prepare for the opportunities and challenges created by AI and evolving technology skills.
Create great employee experience
  • Support employee relations matters, sick leave follow-up and people-related compliance.
  • Partner with local HR teams to ensure consistent employee experience across markets.
  • Contribute to Group HR governance and continuously improve HR processes, making them simpler, more automated and measurably more effective.
  • Act as the pivotal point of alignment to other Group functions when needed, while keeping Product & Technology as your primary focus.
What we’re looking for
  • Several years of HR experience, including supporting a technology, product or consulting organisation.
  • Background from working in a technology company, or strong familiarity with tech roles (software engineering, product management, data, cyber, infrastructure).
  • Strong experience in organisational development, talent management and change leadership.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in an international and/or matrix organisation.
  • Solid employee relations experience and knowledge of Norwegian employment practices.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Nice to have
  • Experience from a scale-up, private equity-backed or other fast-growing international company.
  • Experience supporting internationally distributed technology teams.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions or organisational integrations.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or other European employment practices.
  • Keen interest in AI, digital transformation and the future of work.
  • Norwegian and/or Spanish language skills.
Who you are
  • A trusted partner who builds credibility with executives and technology professionals.
  • Curious about technology, innovation and the practical implications of AI.
  • Confident enough to challenge when needed and pragmatic enough to get things done.
  • Analytical, data-driven and structured in your approach.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving international environment.
  • Passionate about creating great employee experiences and helping people thrive.
  • A strong ambassador for our values: Customer Focused, Willing to Improve, Goal Focused and Reliable. You bring these values to life through your decisions, leadership approach and interactions with others.
