Job summary

Vipps MobilePay is expanding its Platform & AI team to build and operate a scalable cloud platform on Azure, with a focus on AKS, Terraform, and secure AI capabilities. The role blends infrastructure engineering, automation, and AI enablement to provide teams with governed, developer-friendly access to LLMs and shared AI services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running production workloads on a major public cloud (Azure/AKS preferred).
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong Kubernetes, networking, identity and security understanding in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Shape cloud platform by building and operating core Azure infrastructure (AKS and Azure PaaS).
• Enable AI capabilities on the platform with secure, governed access for teams.
• Write infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep with modular, reusable infra.
• Automate with GitOps tools like Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize for rapid, safe changes.
• Maintain security through identity, secrets management, and network controls in Azure/Kubernetes.
• Build for high availability, safe rollouts, and cost-efficient scaling.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams to translate needs into platform capabilities.
• Contribute to internal standards and platform roadmaps as we grow.
