CHC Helicopter Service AS in Stavanger/Sola is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Part-145 compliant operations in Norway. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while managing a capable maintenance workforce across multiple bases.

As the nominated EASA Part-145 Postholder, you will ensure timely aircraft readiness, collaborate with Supply Chain, and foster continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain NCAA EASA Part-145 Postholder approval.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and Norwegian CAA regulations.
• Proven leadership in aviation maintenance.
• Technical understanding of maintenance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading teams through change and improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• Excellent Norwegian and English communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance workforce across Norwegian bases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of the EASA Part-145 Postholder.
• Promote and drive a strong safety culture across maintenance operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
• Maintain aircraft availability in line with business requirements.
• Coach and develop employees to maximise performance.
• Foster effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed safely and on time.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain for parts, tooling and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
• Monitor and achieve relevant operational KPIs; manage labour costs.
• Travel between bases to ensure consistent standards and compliance.
• Undertake other duties as required.
