Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team based in Stavanger/Sola. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the Part-145 organisation in Norway and fulfils the responsibilities of the nominated EASA Part-145 Postholder, ensuring compliance with all requirements of the maintenance organisation approval and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain NCAA approval as EASA Part-145 Postholder.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and Norwegian CAA regulations.
• Proven leadership in aviation maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management; English and Norwegian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of the EASA Part-145 Postholder.
• Promote a strong safety culture across maintenance operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
• Deliver aircraft availability aligned with business needs.
• Coach and develop staff to maximise performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to secure parts and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
• Travel between bases to maintain standards.
