Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Sola. Lead maintenance and modification projects across the helicopter fleet, coordinating with CAMO, Maintenance, Planning and Fleet to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with AMOS system would be an advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a project management role.
• Experience in rotary or fixed-wing operations.
• Familiarisation course or skilled worker training on relevant aircraft types would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead base maintenance and modification projects.
• Coordinate between CAMO, 145 organisations, supply chain and design teams.
• Assist with tenders and pricing from suppliers.
• Evaluate design solutions and liaise with engineers.
• Prepare AFE and POs for third‑party and internal work.
• Contribute to planning and SOW creation for aircraft work.
• Provide KPI/status reports and respond to SQID.
• Communicate progress across the organisation.
