Job summary

Norway’s Best Group in Flåm is seeking two hands-on bakers to join our production team. You will bake bread, buns and pastries, ensuring high-quality results and smooth daily operations with your colleagues.

You value craftsmanship, pay attention to detail, and enjoy teamwork. English is used in the kitchen; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage. A formal baking qualification is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Practical baking experience and interest in the craft.
• Ability to follow hygiene and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make bread, sweet buns and other baked goods to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and organise your work with the team.
• Handle ingredients with care and help reduce food waste.
