Job summary

Norway's Best Group AS in Flåm invites two bakers to join our production team, baking artisan breads, traditional Norwegian buns and pastries while upholding high quality and strict food safety.

You will work hands-on from dough prep to finishing, learn from colleagues, and share ideas for new products in a supportive hospitality community.

English is used in the kitchen, and Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Practical baking experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• A formal qualification as a baker is an advantage
• Experience in cake making and decorating is also an advantage
• Opportunity to develop baking skills and share product ideas

Responsibilities

• Make bread, sweet buns and other baked goods to a consistently high standard
• Prepare and organise your work with the team
