Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least one year remaining
• Strong academic performance and interest in strategy, finance, or technology
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian language is ideal

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and develop high-quality decision material for strategic initiatives and management discussions
• Support market research, competitor analysis and assessments of industry trends shaping the future of savings and investments
• Contribute to strategic projects across areas such as customer value propositions, digital and innovation
• Use AI-powered tools to analyse information, generate insights, improve workflows and identify new opportunities
• Support developing presentations, reports and communication materials for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
• Support preparation for workshops, business reviews and management forums
