Job summary

No Isolation is building AI-powered automation to connect Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations. You will own integration projects, connect internal tools, and help scale AI across the organization while working closely with engineers to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.

You will drive pragmatic, cost-aware automation and collaborate with business units to deliver measurable improvements in revenue and internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to translate fuzzy requests into concrete systems.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs, webhooks and events (ERPs, CRMs, Finance).
• Hands-on with orchestration platforms (Windmill, Temporal, Airflow, n8n).
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Comfort with self-hosted tooling (containers, secrets, backups, upgrades).
• Practical experience with LLMs and agents: context engineering, RAG, evals, tool calls.

Responsibilities

• Drive systems integration across Data, IAM, CRM, ERP (Odoo) and Finance via APIs and events.
• Build and maintain automation workflows in Windmill and/or n8n; migrate away from legacy SaaS/iPaaS.
• Contribute to internal AI capabilities and shared infrastructure with cloud/platform engineers.
• Centralize data and reconcile figures across systems; provide internal tools and apps.
• Define guardrails for integrations and AI, track spend and ROI.
