AutoStore seeks a Director of Global Sales Support & AI Transformation to lead a distributed, high-performance global team. You will elevate seller, partner, and customer experiences, drive AI-enabled workflows, and align Sales Support with cross-functional execution in a rapidly scaling organization.

You will partner with senior leaders across Worldwide Sales, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and IT, shaping future capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading distributed or global teams.
• Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong analytical judgment and data-to-action capability.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing global Sales Support team.
• Deliver exceptional seller, partner, and customer experience with SLA discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
• Shape AI-enabled sales support and intelligent workflows.
• Represent the function to senior executives and drive transformation roadmaps.
