CatalystOne Solutions AS is building an AI Hub to identify, prioritise and realise AI value across the business. The role focuses on how CatalystOne operates today, improving processes, and ensuring adopted AI delivers measurable outcomes.

You’ll work with the IT Manager and business peers to map work, establish baselines, and steer opportunities with practical impact. Early live AI initiatives exist, and the role offers a hybrid model with hands-on influence across departments, helping 250+

Qualifications

• Experience improving business processes and delivering measurable results.
• Strong business understanding and ability to see how work flows across teams.
• Confidence building baselines, challenging assumptions and measuring outcomes.
• Experience working with stakeholders and navigating change.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising opportunities that create meaningful business value.
• Mapping processes and identifying root causes rather than symptoms.
• Working with colleagues to understand how work gets done.
• Helping teams adapt when new solutions are introduced.
• Leading the AI Champion Network and supporting AI adoption across the company.
• Measuring outcomes and following through when adoption or results fall short.
