Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Norway is seeking an experienced AI Business Solution Analyst to translate business challenges into analytical requirements and to shape AI driven solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and senior stakeholders, translating objectives into KPIs and actionable insights, delivering value through data-informed decisions and scalable AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technology or analytics.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into concrete requirements, data needs and KPIs.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to drive insight and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations, dashboards and decision material.
• Stay close to AI tools and trends to help clients choose the right solutions.
