Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Norway is seeking an experienced AI Business Solution Analyst to translate business challenges into analytical requirements and to shape AI driven solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and senior stakeholders, translating objectives into KPIs and actionable insights, delivering value through data-informed decisions and scalable AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technology or analytics.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Your Role

In this role, you operate at the intersection of business, data and artificial intelligence. You play a central part in shaping and delivering AI driven solutions – from translating business challenges into analytical requirements, to ensuring solutions create real value when implemented with clients.

You will work closely with specialists in AI, analytics, design and technology across Capgemini Invent, and engage directly with senior stakeholders on high impact initiatives.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technology or analytics, and a Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills and sound understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Solid business acumen, with experience in requirements definition and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision makers
