Qualifications

• Technically skilled within Telecommunication including BTS, transmission, and radio interface.
• Excellent team player and communicator, accustomed to working under pressure.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Line technical support to the NOC related to alarms.
• Update owned tickets regularly and provide feedback to NOC personnel.
• Act as Operations technical Point of Contact for minor projects.
