A leading technology company in Barendrecht is offering an HR intern position. You will assist HR Generalists in various operational duties such as recruitment, on/off-boarding, and employee benefit management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and be bilingual in English and Chinese. This role offers valuable experience in HR operations and requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

- Assist HR Generalist on recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Responsible for attendance data management and analysis.
- Assist on employee benefit management and projects to improve employment experience.

As an HR intern, you will assist HR Generalist on all operational duties. Responsibilities range from recruitment, on/off-boarding, attendance management, employee relation and employee benefit management to periodic optimization projects. For this internship, we need to have a third-party internship agreement arranged with your school.
- Assist HR Generalist on recruitment and on/offboarding processes including job description drafting, CV screening, interview coordination, recruitment confirmation and trainings;
- Responsible for attendance data management and analysis;
- Assist HR Generalist on employee benefit management including but not limited to new benefits plan design, team building arrangement and other projects to improve employment experience;
- Assist HR Generalist on payrolling and legal issues;
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related majors.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and stress-resistance.
- Good Office skills is preferred, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dutch reading and speaking skill will be a plus.
