We are now looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to join our office in Gouda, Netherlands and strengthen our presence in the Dutch market.

About The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong, long‑term customer relationships in the Dutch land‑based market. You are a proactive networker and business developer who thrives on identifying opportunities and closing deals. While we will provide training on our gas detection solutions, we are looking for an experienced B2B salesperson who can hit the ground running.

Who You Are

We are looking for a goal‑oriented and self‑driven sales professional with strong business acumen. You enjoy meeting customers, developing networks, and creating new business opportunities. Ideally, you bring:

  • At least 4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fire & safety, building automation, electrical wholesale, or similar industries
  • A well‑established network in the electrical and construction sectors in the Netherlands
  • The ability to quickly identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • A structured and methodical work style, with experience using CRM systems
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Netherlands
  • Fluency in Dutch (native level) and good English skills
