Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a YouTube Creator to own the company’s YouTube channel with high-velocity content and strong storytelling. You’ll develop concepts, write scripts, and collaborate with editors and designers to push fresh formats and audience growth.

You will experiment with topics, formats, and lengths, analyze retention and CTR, and become a visible face of the channel. This is a hands-on, ambitious role with significant creative freedom and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional YouTube content creation experience.
• Deep understanding of YouTube metrics: CTR, retention, watch time.
• Ability to script, storyboard and guide on-camera delivery.
• Strong sense for engaging titles, thumbnails and packaging.
• Excellent written and spoken English with storytelling ability.
• Proactively generates ideas, publishes regularly and tests formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the YouTube channel and drive audience growth and views.
• Set the overall YouTube content strategy and evolve it from performance.
• Develop concepts end to end from idea to title, thumbnail, structure and publish.
• Create videos around AI, creative workflows, new tech and product capabilities.
• Write scripts with strong narratives, hooks and pacing for education/entertainment.
• Be a visible face on camera and represent the channel.
• Direct the creative team: editor, designer, motion designer, educator content producer.
• Publish at high velocity with recurring formats and Shorts integration.
• Experiment with topics, formats and lengths; study retention and CTR.
• Double down on winners and collaborate with creators to grow the channel.
