Creative Fabrica is seeking an X Channel Manager to own our presence on X. You will craft a distinctive voice, publish original X-native content, and actively engage with creators and AI companies.

The role requires rapid experimentation and close collaboration with our design and production teams. The X Channel Manager will work from our Amsterdam HQ in a full-time, in-office capacity, with generous days-off including a 30-day Work From Anywhere allowance, and annual vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing X/Twitter accounts or creator-led channels.
• Deep understanding of X culture and content spread.
• Strong English copywriting with concise hooks.
• Ability to react quickly to conversations and set bold vs restrained tone.
• Demonstrated ability to generate original content ideas.
• Comfort posting frequently and using analytics to optimize posts.
• Sincere interest in AI, startups, and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the X account for Creative Fabrica, driving impressions, engagement and audience growth.
• Develop a distinctive voice and experiment with tone, formats and visuals.
• Publish X-native content including posts, threads, replies, memes and product demos.
• Ride the AI and creator ecosystem news, turning developments into content.
• Engage directly with AI creators, founders, researchers and influential accounts.
• Showcase our AI products through creative, non-promotional content.
• Build recurring formats and content series with the creative team.
• Turn launches into momentum with Product Marketing collaboration.
• Monitor metrics and iterate on high-performing posts.
• Grow relationships with influential accounts and monitor industry attention.
