Job summary

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing both filming and editing.
• Ability to work independently with a camera and editing software.
• Portfolio includes YouTube and social clips.

Responsibilities

• Plan and film shoots, capturing strong footage with clear sound and lighting.
• Edit for longer YouTube videos and short clips for social channels with strong openings and captions.
• Own the process: organise footage, coordinate feedback and deliver finished videos on a publishing rhythm.
• Learn from audience response and use AI-assisted tools to speed up transcription, selects and editing while preserving creative judgment.
