• Develop and test ad creatives with our Growth Marketing team.
• Optimize hooks, formats, and visuals based on ad performance.
• Design visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
• Support occasional organic content shoots (≈20% of your time).

• 1–3 years into your career as a content creator or videographer.
