Job summary

Responsibilities

• Charts all pertinent observation on a continuing basis regarding residents.
• Supervises and assists residents in wake-up, meals, recreation, counseling, education/vocation needs.
• Works as a team member with other staff to implement program plans.
• Provides behavior observations and reinforcement of appropriate behaviors.
• Participates in team meetings and daily cottage briefings.
