Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking an X Channel Manager to own our presence on X, growing impressions, engagement, and audience with a distinctive voice and proactive experimentation.

You will post original content, engage with AI creators and communities, and collaborate with designers to craft assets. The role is full-time and based in Amsterdam HQ, with 30 days of work-from-anywhere allowance annually.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency with X culture, mechanics and memes.
• High-output, data-informed mindset for frequent posting.
• 2+ years of channel experience managing X/Twitter or similar.
• Strong copywriting with hooks and concise messaging.
• Personal track record on X with high organic reach.
• Experience running a founder-led or personality-led account is a plus.
• Interest in AI ecosystems and emerging tech trends.
• Creative production skills for memes, images, and short videos.

Responsibilities

• Own Creative Fabrica’s presence on X and grow impressions, engagement and audience.
• Publish original posts, threads, replies, memes and product demos throughout the day.
• Engage with creators, AI companies and influential accounts; join conversations.
• Develop a distinctive voice and recurring content formats with the team.
• Monitor analytics, identify breakout posts and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn launches into X-native moments.
• Stay ahead on AI and creator ecosystem developments and ride the news cycle.
