Job summary

Just Brands - Fashion & Retail in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Developer for Woven Shirts to drive collection development, balancing creativity with commercial viability. You will own the product lifecycle, work with Design, Logistics, Buying and suppliers, and ensure high-quality, on-brand, sustainable shirts.

You’ll lead fabric and garment sourcing, manage costs to meet margins, and build strong supplier relationships while aligning with market trends and timing across multiple seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion product development and/or buying.
• Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, trims and costing.
• Fluency in English; Dutch advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop fabrics and garments for men’s shirt collections, aligned with range plan, quality, margin and sustainability requirements.
• Balance creativity, product selection and profitability while actively managing costs to achieve target margins.
• Identify and manage product, supplier and delivery risks using data and forecasting to support SMS allocation decisions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to salesman sample, monitoring the critical path and resolving bottlenecks.
