Product Developer responsible for the end-to-end development of men’s woven shirts, from fabric sourcing and concept to SMS and production handover.

Strong focus on technical product knowledge, supplier management, costing, margins, quality, fit and critical path management.

Looking for a hands‑on, commercially minded and proactive professional with 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in woven shirts

PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard

Each have their own voice, their own audience and their own place in the market. In woven shirts, strong product needs more than a good idea. It needs sharp product development, solid supplier management, smart decisions and a clear grip on quality, timing and margin.

Woven shirts is one of those categories where every detail matters: construction, fit, fabric, trims, costing, SMS planning and delivery. When the process runs well, collections land stronger, margins stay healthier and the business performs better.

But what really sets us apart is how we work together.

We’re team first. No ego, no unnecessary layers, no endless talking, no corporate theatre. We back each other, speak up, take ownership and keep pushing for better. We work hard, stay sharp and make sure there’s room to enjoy the ride too.

That’s where you take the wheel.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to salesman sample, monitoring the critical path and resolving bottlenecks proactively.

  • Collaborate with Design, Logistics, Buying and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the correct product, quantity and quality.

  • Attend proto meetings along with Merchandising, Design and Sales to discuss collection details such as fabric information, Prices, MOQs, Margins, risks etc

  • Build and maintain international supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, quality and delivery of SMS.
