Job summary

Just Brands - Fashion & Retail, located in Lijnden, seeks an Outerwear Developer / Buyer to manage outerwear styles throughout their lifecycle. This role requires ensuring quality and commercial viability from development to production.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams, balancing quality, timing, and margins effectively. The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant experience within the fashion industry and a strong technical understanding of outerwear.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in product development and/or buying within fashion.
• Strong technical understanding of outerwear construction and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and production calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned outerwear styles from development through production.
• Support costing, price negotiations, and margin follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Monitor the critical path and solve operational bottlenecks.
• Work closely with Design, Sourcing, and Logistics.
