Job summary

GXO ServiceTech in Dordrecht is launching a state-of-the-art repair workshop for TVs, home appliances and audio gear. As Operations Manager you will lead a small team of direct staff and a larger indirect workforce, overseeing the entire repair process from receipt to diagnosis, repair and return, and ensuring KPIs and output targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as operations manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in a service/repair/technical environment or in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Full-time availability (38 hours) - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Experience managing supervisors/team leads
• Proven experience working with KPIs
• Fluency in Dutch and intermediate English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands-on operations team with a focus on end-to-end repair workflow.
• Oversee receipt, diagnosis, repair and return, monitoring SLAs and output targets.
• Lead and coach team leads; foster ownership without command-and-control.
• Drive KPI-driven decisions and optimize quality vs. productivity.
• Manage stakeholder relations with Planning, HR, Finance, QESH and customers.
• Uphold safety and compliance on the shop floor.
• Implement Lean/5S and continuous process improvements.
