Job summary

You will collaborate with field leaders, finance, IT and commercial teams to optimize hours, wages, and store productivity using Kronos and Power BI, delivering data-driven insights and automated reporting. This role offers visibility across the organization and a chance to influence store performance.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and report labour spend and forecast.
• Analyse labour spend on hours, USD / Euro and SPH and make recommendations.
• Improve labour forecast model to optimize hours allocation and budgets.
• Partner with field leaders and finance to develop payroll plans.
• Leverage Kronos and reporting tools to streamline operations.
• Develop and improve labour reporting for leadership and field teams.
• Own calculation, validation, and reporting of retail bonus schemes.
• Provide guidance and support to field leadership in reporting.
