Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Merchandiser to optimize store assortment, driving customer experience and NPS. You will allocate products across a geographical region, analyze sales data, and collaborate with Allocation and CX teams to maximize sales and margins.

In this role you will track sizing and distribution, update SKU attributes, and support Store-to-Store transfers, with emphasis on timely, data-driven decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSc/BA degree.
• Retail experience in-store advantageous.
• Strong Excel knowledge and numeric focus.
• High analytical and numeric strength.
• Ability to adapt and work under time pressure.
• Excellent organizational and information retrieval skills.
• Cultural awareness and exposure to different cultures.
• Interest in sports and fashion; youth culture preference.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Analyze store and SKU performance daily/weekly to optimize distribution and sales.
• Collaborate with Allocation Manager to place buys and consider sizing needs.
• Work with teams to execute Store to Store Transfers.
• Provide input on merchandise distribution plans based on trends and store feedback.
• Update SKU attributes and ensure data integrity in systems like Quantum.
• Communicate with Allocation Manager and CX/Sales to drive Geo-level opportunities.
• Maintain and update sizing analysis in the database.
• Check and amend PO discrepancies.
