Job summary

Zeeland is seeking a Workforce Management Representative to deliver high-quality consultation and process support for HR workforce management programs across Spain, Italy, and Portugal clients.

You will handle data inputs, contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with local HR partners to ensure compliant, efficient processes. Strong English and Spanish skills, plus HRIT system experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a vocational degree in a related field.
• Experience in HR Administration is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support for all assigned inquiries regarding workforce management processes.
• Handling HR inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People leaders.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures.
