Job summary

YorTeam B.V. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Workday integrations to join a leading bank in the Netherlands. In this role, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver scalable Workday integration solutions.

You will analyse processes, capture requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specs, and collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, and external vendors in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in Workday with integration focus.
Experience gathering and documenting business and integration requirements.
Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, web services, and data flows.
Experience working with development teams to deliver integration solutions.
Knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Connectors, EIB, or PECI is a strong advantage.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and integration requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to design Workday integration solutions.
Analyse business processes, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows.
Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
