Job summary

Workday, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Workday Success Plans consultant to deliver targeted micro consulting engagements, assist with configuration, and demonstrate Workday capabilities to drive customer value.

Basic qualifications include 5+ years in IT implementation, 5+ years in Workday Financials reporting, and 2+ years in software consulting; a Workday Certification or ability to certify is preferred. Flexible work arrangements and up to 20% travel are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials reporting experience.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Workday Certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver various Workday Success Plans services to customers.
• Provide configuration guidance and product demonstrations.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Offer one-on-one guidance to optimize feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities.
• Maintain Workday expertise and stay updated on roadmap.
