Workday Integration Specialist (BBBH17113) Rotterdam, Netherlands

A dynamic team is looking for a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to maintain and develop integrations between Workday and other internal systems via Azure. The role combines hands-on technical work with cloud, automation, and secure data transfer solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connector, PICOF/PEIC, API, Studio)
2. Handle transformations using XSLT
3. Deploy and maintain integrations on Azure Cloud
4. Apply DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)
5. Configure and manage MFT (Managed File Transfer) flows
6. Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for integrations

What You Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2. 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations
3. Solid hands-on with Azure services
4. Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
5. Strong API and REST service knowledge
6. Familiarity with MFT protocols and systems
7. Strong communicator and team player
8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead integration projects
