Job summary

ZW49 B.V. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to bridge business and technology, leading discovery, design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The role requires hands-on expertise (5+ years) in Dynamics 365 modules, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with proficiency in security models, CI/CD, and ALM. Remote work is possible, but onsite Amsterdam presence is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Experience translating business requirements into designs and models.
• Proficiency in Dataverse data models and Power Platform tooling.
• Bachelor-level IT degree or equivalent and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into process models and designs.
• Configure, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple apps.
• Design data models, security roles, and lifecycle management with CI/CD.
• Lead testing, deployment readiness, training, and go-live activities.

A senior hands-on consultant who bridges business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core.
Build Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.
Design security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes.
Lead testing, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and solution documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and vendors.
Apply governance and Microsoft best practices while mentoring delivery team members.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

This role can be done remote but the external worker needs to be living in Netherlands as on‑site presence in Amsterdam is occassionanly needed.
