Job summary

TMC zoekt een ervaren Concrete Work Planner om civiele projecten in Nederland te begeleiden, waaronder Zuidasdok in Amsterdam. Je werkt aan de voorbereiding van betonconstructies en vertaalt ontwerp naar uitvoering op de bouwplaats.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar betonvoorbereidingservaring, met grote infrastructuurprojecten en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden. Een HBO Civiele Techniek-diploma is vereist. De positie betreft een on-site dienstverband.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in voorbereidend werk voor betonconstructies.
• Ervaring met grote infrastructuurprojecten is vereist.
• Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Oplossingsgericht en veerkracht onder druk.
• HBO Civiele Techniek diploma vereist.

Responsibilities

• Verzorgen van de voorbereidingswerkzaamheden voor betonconstructies.
• Samenwerken aan complexe civiele projecten in Nederland zoals Zuidasdok.
• Zorgen voor tijdige en kostenbewuste uitvoering volgens planning.

About this vacancy You ensure that impressive concrete structures not only align perfectly on paper but are also safely, intelligently, and according to plan constructed in the field. As a Concrete Work Planner, you work via TMC on complex civil projects throughout the Netherlands, including Zuidasdok in Amsterdam. A project where infrastructure, mobility, and urban development come together on an immense scale. The A10 South is being widened and partially moved underground, while Amsterdam Zuid station is being renovated and expanded. A technically challenging environment where your preparation forms the foundation for successful execution. #LI-CW1

What we expect from you

• At least 5 years of experience in preparation work for concrete structures
• Experience with large infrastructural projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solution-oriented and resilient under pressure
• Holder of an HBO Civil Engineering degree
