Job summary

Huisman Etech Experts in the Netherlands is seeking a Work Planner Industry Water to help prepare technically and organizationally for complex electrical projects in the water sector. You translate designs into practical work plans and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, fitters, and engineering to ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and schedules.

What will you do as a Work Planner Industry Water?

As an Electrical Work Planner Water, you ensure that projects are well prepared technically and organizationally. Work preparation is more than just lists and schedules for you; you actually make the project technically sound. You translate designs into work plans, coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, fitters, and engineering, and ensure that materials, drawings, and schedules are available on time. You see details that others overlook and translate complex issues into workable solutions. Colleagues rely on your knowledge when things get exciting or don't go as planned. Together with the project manager, you maintain control over planning, budget, and quality, and monitor progress to ensure smooth execution. Work preparation requires specialized knowledge and a high level of detail. You are looking for a place where you have the space to practice your profession and deliver good work.

Where will you work?

Your base is our headquarters in Druten. Here you work with around 300 enthusiastic colleagues within our family business. The atmosphere is informal and professional at the same time: short lines, quick decisions, and direct access to management and colleagues. If necessary, you will visit the project locations. You are part of the industry team specializing in Water, and within this team, you work with about 10 colleagues. You report directly to the project manager industry Water and coordinate with him weekly on progress and project results.

What do you bring?

You have completed an electrical engineering vocational training and have experience as a work planner in the industry or water sector. You are technically strong, work in a structured way, and maintain an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously. You think ahead, see risks before they become problems, and appreciate clarity in planning and execution. In addition, you communicate easily with fitters, engineers, suppliers, and project management. You switch smoothly between technology and organization and feel responsible for careful preparation and a successful end result.

• A salary between € 3,200 and € 4,750 gross per month based on 38 hours per week, commensurate with your experience and responsibilities.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time employment.
