As a Wood Assembly Operator (Carpenter), your main responsibility will be assembling and building technical packaging and wooden structures based on technical drawings, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. You will work in a two‑shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
Main Responsibilities
- Assemble and build wooden packaging and structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden parts accurately
- Use manual and electric carpentry tools
- Check measurements and perform quality control on finished products
- Work together with the team to meet production deadlines
- Follow safety regulations and maintain an organized workplace
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory)
- Experience in carpentry or wood assembly
- Experience in furniture manufacturing (preferred)
- Knowledge of manual and electric tools
- Accurate, responsible, and quality‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Availability to work full‑time and in shifts
- Intermediate English level (minimum B1)
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)

- Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
