Job summary

Seerden Industrial Packaging is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble large industrial wooden crates according to drawings and measurements. You will work with wood, metal, and foam, using hand tools in a practical packaging environment, on a day shift.

Key responsibilities include precise measurement, fitting components, and quality checks, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. English level B1 is required, and EU citizenship is mandatory. Accommodation and daily transport are provided.

Qualifications

• English level B1 minimum (mandatory).
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Accurate and safety-conscious.
• No previous assembly experience required.
• Driving license is preferred.
• European Union citizenship (mandatory).

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling large industrial wooden crates according to supplied drawings and measurements. You will work with materials such as wood, metal, and foam and use hand tools in a practical industrial packaging environment. You will work in a day shift.

• Check assembled products for correct dimensions and quality.
• Keep your workplace clean, organized, and safe.

• English level B1 minimum (mandatory)

• Gross salary: €16.38 per hour
• Weekly net income: approximately €450, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
