As a CNC Wood Operator, your main responsibility will be operating and controlling machining equipment, ensuring the production of high-precision and high-quality parts based on technical drawings. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking machinery, including CNC machines, for the production of industrial packaging
- Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Adjust basic machine settings according to materials and specifications
- Check measurements and ensure the quality of produced parts
- Follow safety regulations and keep the workplace organized
- Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC or woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory)
- Experience in an industrial production environment
- Accurate, responsible, and quality-oriented mindset
- English level B1 (or basic technical English)
- Availability to work full-time and in shifts
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
Pay & Benefits
- Gross salary: €15.80 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €500 – €550, according to Dutch labor legislation
