Job summary

Job description

As a CNC Wood Operator, your main responsibility will be operating and controlling machining equipment, ensuring the production of high-precision and high-quality parts based on technical drawings. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery, including CNC machines, for the production of industrial packaging
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Adjust basic machine settings according to materials and specifications
• Check measurements and ensure the quality of produced parts
• Follow safety regulations and keep the workplace organized
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC or woodworking machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory)
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Accurate, responsible, and quality-oriented mindset
• English level B1 (or basic technical English)
• Availability to work full-time and in shifts
• Driving license is an advantage
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)

Pay & Benefits

• Gross salary: €15.80 per hour + 18% shift allowance
• Weekly net income: approximately €500 – €550, according to Dutch labor legislation
