Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations, ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental standards are met. You will chair safety meetings, review RAMS, control access, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to drive safe, efficient project execution.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and continual improvement in a wind-energy context, with flexible working hours and home-office options where possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not essential.
• Vocational Qualification in construction/engineering or equivalent site management experience.
• Wind energy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site activities within budget, timescale, and quality specifications.
• Coordinate with client representatives and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Act as Principal Contractor Representative and oversee contractor activities on site.
