Another Star is seeking a Wellbeing & Workplace Partner to drive employee wellbeing, safety, and absence management. You will partner with leaders to build initiatives that prevent absence and ensure health and safety compliance across Leiden.

You’ll coordinate sickness absence processes, advise managers, and continuously improve wellbeing strategies, working with HR and operational teams to deliver a healthy, safe, and productive workplace.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of employee wellbeing, occupational health, workplace health & safety, and absence management.
• Experience developing and implementing wellbeing or health & safety initiatives.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and able to translate ideas into practical actions.
• Empathetic and credible with sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead wellbeing, safety, ergonomics, and occupational health initiatives.
• Coach managers on sickness management and absence prevention.
• Coordinate sickness absence processes with health providers and policies.
• Improve sickness absence and prevention strategy for early intervention.
• Collaborate with Operations and Risk Management to align practices.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and RI&E processes.
• Co-create policies including hybrid/remote working practices.
• Analyze wellbeing/absence data with HR Data Analyst to inform improvements.
• Translate feedback into practical wellbeing programs and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate environmental data to support Dutch regulations and ESG goals.
