Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years welding engineering in manufacturing environment.
- Experience with multiple welding processes (GMAW/GTAW/SMAW/SAW).
- Ability to read drawings/ welding symbols; develop welding procedures and qualify welders.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ASME IX).
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops welding processes and procedures for manufacturing.
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions for welding defects.
- Evaluates welding equipment, consumables, and robotic systems.
- Develops welding specifications and quality control standards.
- Provides technical support and training to welding technicians and personnel.
- Implements continuous improvement to optimize welding efficiency and quality.
