Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) in manufacturing.
• Must be able to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect welds for quality, defects, and adherence to specs using visual and NDT methods.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, including welders and torches.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding procedures.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
